Mr. Rade Glomazic is a Senior Project Manager at Human Dynamics and has extensive experience in project management, management of EU funds and the delivery of complex EU-funded climate change, environment, and energy consulting projects. He specializes in capacity building and training projects in the field of environment and climate. Mr. Glomazic has a Masters of Law Degree and an M.Sc.  in Economics, Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University and a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge. Postgraduate courses have also been undertaken at the Harvard Kennedy School, the University of Oxford, Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and Stanford University.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Glomazic has gained extensive experience in Turkey, having successfully implemented 2 EU-funded Technical Assistance Projects in Turkey, through which he gained a deep understanding and appreciation of the working procedures and backstopping demands of beneficiaries and key stakeholders in Turkey. These projects are:

  • "Technical Assistance for Developed Analytical Basis for Formulating Strategies and Actions toward Low Carbon Development";
  • "Technical Assistance for Strengthening the National Nature Protection System for Implementation of NATURA 2000 Requirements";
Rade Glomazic, Project Director

Mykola Raptsun has a diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, as well as an advanced research degree/diploma (PhD equivalent) in Energy Efficiency of Power Generation. He has 35 years of project development and management, research and capacity building experience in the areas of climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable energy and low carbon policy and technology in countries with economies in transition.

His international experience includes over 20 years of leading and coordinating multinational expert teams for development and implementation of large and complex technical assistance projects funded by international donor agencies (EC, USAID, UNDP, UN ECE) and financial institutions (EBRD, WB, GEF).

Mykola has deep knowledge of the implementation, management and reporting requirements of EU technical assistance projects, based on work experience as Team Leader, Key Expert and Senior Expert for several EuropeAid projects, focused on climate change and sustainable energy in Eastern Europe/Central Asia/Caucasus region.

He has strong analytical, communication, presentation and training skills, and is author and co-author of more than 100 publications and reports on energy efficiency, sustainable energy, climate change, and power engineering. He served as organizer, moderator and lecturer/presenter for numerous national and international conferences, forums and training events.

Mr. Burak Yüceyalçın was born in Ankara on August 1977. He is an Economist with a B.S. degree and started his professional career in NGOs and accumulated significant experience for over fifteen years in the industrial, environmental and economic domain as a consultant, expert and project manager (mainly EU funded projects). He is working in Human Dynamics since 2014 and he has a successful track record on managing EU funded projects with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Social Security Institution, Hacettepe University – Faculty of Health Sciences/the Department of Occupational Therapy, the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, the Centre for Labour and Social Security Training and Research.

Burak Yüceyalçın, Project Manager

Rifat Unal Sayman has built broad knowledge on various environmental topics, including circular economy, climate change, and sustainable cities through active involvement in more than 50 international and national projects since 2002. He developed sound decision-making and strong leadership skills; as well as profound skills in analysis of key points and numerical information. He developed specific expertise in Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) projects and he also have extensively dealt with the transition of the EU Environmental Acquis to Turkey including costs and benefits analysis of the impacts of specific directives to different stakeholders and their local implementation plans. He led several teams to prepare impact assessment studies of WEEE, Packaging Waste, Seveso II, Birds and Habitat Directives, etc.  Moreover, he participated at more than 100 national and international conferences, seminars and workshops as speaker or moderator. He took part in the organization of several national and international seminars, conferences and study visits.  He is also author or co-author of several reports and articles.
